When you walk into Immanuel United Church of Christ you will be greeted with a cheerful smile, an inviting handshake, and welcoming words of acceptance. We take pride in our reputation of being a friendly and caring church that values diversity and inclusiveness. In our own lives we recognize that we have been beneficiaries of God's extravagant love and grace. Despite our failings, God accepts us, forgives us, and uses us for great purposes. In the name of Christ, we extend this same extravagant welcome to all who enter this church.
Through a wide variety of worship, study experiences, and social activities we relate God's teaching to the challenges and joys of our daily lives. We care about each other, our community, and the world outside our door and offer opportunities to express that care through vital benevolence and service projects.
No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here. Whether a long time Christian, a person who has been estranged from the church, or someone who has had little personal encounter with a church, there is a place for you at Immanuel.
